I love both. I only have a beginner tai chi dvd, so I'm not good at it, but I adore my yoga!

I recently discovered Tai Chi and really like it. I am older, out of shape, and the first day I started I felt so invigorated, and truly, I believe I felt my circulation kick into gear. A friend also gave me a book called a morning cup of Yoga. Nice stretch exercises designed to be used in the kitchen while your morning cup of coffee, or tea is brewing. Since I feel like my body is crunched up and tight all the time, I really love the relaxing and energizing flow I get from the slow, stretching, and staying in tune with your body movements.
