Almost never. I try to eat mostly fresh foods, and I think salt mostly ends up on processed foods that lack flavor.

Very rarely...I usually will just add pepper if something is bland. I add some when cooking sometimes but I really try to watch my sodium.

I don't. I add a little to taste when cooking, but prefer to flavour with garlic and herbs.

I guess it is called table salt because it is meant to be on the dinning table. We are told that salt is naturally occurring in food and water. Do you still add salt at table?
