I agree, Monk is a good show. However if you want a 43- minute show (no commercials), LOST is really good! And it's a show you have to watch in order, seasons 1-6. It's got mystery, drama, humor, romance...lots of adventure and mystery. The 3rd-4th seasons are the best. :)
I like 30 Rock. I bought a Roku for my t.v. so I can stream a lot of different series from Netflix. It sure does help pass the time. I agree, though, it needs to be something new to distract you!
My suggestions would be Bones, How I met your Mother, NCIS, Parenthood, and if you like something a little darker--Dexter is outrageously enertaining. It definetely helps to keep your mind busy and makes the time go faster to find something that you like while exercising.
I like to watch a TV show when I am working out. I am looking for a new TV series - something that I can watch from the beginning to the end and check out from the local library. Shows I've liked: 24, NYPD Blue, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Sex in the City. I need something to look forward to when I am on my elliptical at 6am!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
