sorry about your lost, but you will do fine as there are MANY people in the community that need YOU. Look for them and give them your best. My husband's 2nd cousin called to tell him that his cousin, Rosie had died at age 74 from a heart attack, which was a shock to the family. He hadn't seen her in 10 yrs, but remembered all the fun she was when he was growing up. We have to remember the good times.

I have been trying to keep it together these past few days but I feel like I will lose it because I just lost my aunt on July 26 and its hard to think of her as gone forever. She had cancer and it took her life.. She was the only aunt I had left and now I feel like my family is empty now. I have lost 3 members of my family in the past year and I don't think I can handle it. How much can a girl take when it comes to death. First it was my father-in-law then his wife and now my aunt. I try to think about the positive things in my life but I don't know if I can go on. I have gained some weight back and I know that I will end up losing control of it again.
I am going to it day by day for the next few weeks and see where it takes me. I hope that when this is all over that I will get back on track with my fitness and eating., Wish me luck on getting back on track next month.
