Welcome to SparkPeople. You've done GREAT with your losses and yes, you've come to the right place to continue losing and achieve that healthy lifestyle we're all looking for. I started at 380 lb. and am down 96 lb. so far. Still fat, but it's coming off through the help of SP and my Spark friends. Many people here are on various different food plans, but SP has experts in nutrition and exercise to use as resources, so it's wise to listen to them. They also have so many good recipes to fix NORMAL food in healthy ways--it's not really a diet. It's just making changes for the rest of our lives--changes we can live with that will get us healthy and keep us there. It's not just about the weight--it's also fitness, enough sleep, emotional attitude, etc. It's the WHOLE person. I'm sure you will love it here on SP. Glad to have you with us.

HI, I USED TO WEIGH 395 POUNDS....YEP....BIG.....I NOW WEIGH ABOUT 235....SO ABOUT 160 POUNDS IVE LOST....WELL, ATKINS GOT ME STARTED TO GET THE FIRST PART OFF, ALONG WITH ALOT OF EXCERSISE. NOW IM ADICTED TO WALKING AND HIKING AND MY TREADMILL..I NEVER SIT ON MY COUCH..IF I WANNA WATCH TV, I PUT ON TREADMILL SAME TIME....ANYWAY, I WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING NEW...ATKINS GETS BORING AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND I SIMPLY CANNOT DO IT FULL TIME ANYMORE, SO, IM GOING TO TRY THIS THING OUT, WHICH APPARETNLY IS LIKE WEIGHT WATCHERS ONLINE ONLY FREE. SO, IM HAVING FUN WITH IS SO FAR....BUT YA, I LOVE TO INSPIRE PEOPLE WITH MY WEIGHTLOSS.....I STILL AM FAT THOUGH AND NEED TO LOOSE MORE.....
