Ok so I was really super proud of myself first 3 wks. as my scale was within 2#'s of doctor scales when I started...The scale went down 11 first week,4 the next and 1 the third week!!! Then my husband whose never had an overweight moment in his life and who can eat literally 8,000 cals. a day and not gain an ounce.Anyway he announces "I think your scales are off!!!".So I ck. my weight as I had just weighed and sure enough every time we moved the scale it said something different.I was going to the gym the next morning so I thought I'll weigh at the gym and see what it says.Soooo I weighed at the gym and it was 5# heavier than my scale weight,being discouraged I got new battery for my scale as it's only 2 yrs. old and it said the same thing the gym did until I moved it to another area of my bathroom floor it was 5#'s lighter again...Now really confused dumb me I stopped tracking the rest of the week and knew I was eating the wrong stuff lots of keebler club crackers and cheese over the weekend and guess what the scale shows another 5# gain this morning!!!! SO IT LOOKS LIKE I'VE LOST A TOTAL OF 6#'S INSTEAD OF 16 SINCE I STARTED THIS IS WEEK 4!!!
Not sure what to do accept I am tracking now...
Any Ideas???? My daughter said just stick with one scale and since mine and the gym match to leave it right where it is and dare my husband to move it...FRUSTRATING IS ALL I'M SAYIN!!
