Wow!! What an inspiration!! You go with your bad self!
I will do my monthly measurements. Since I started my diet & exercise program on April 3, 2012, I've lost almost 60 lbs. and 24 in. total. Measurments were last year on this date were: 40 bust, 38 waist, 40 hips, last month measurements were 35 bust, 27 waist and 34 hips. That feels "real good". I mentioned I live in a senior living apt. and this weekend is going to do my early Spring . My grandparents came from Poland and came to America and had farms and moved here to Michigan. What the farmers did was to kick their trees once on each side. Purpose to have a fuller tree and no disease. Well, I am 72 1/2 yrs. old and don't have a kick so I use a rubber mallot. So I will be hitting 44 trees with a mallot. WISH ME LUCK. And SPARKPEOPLE WE CAN DO OUR GOAL. .
