I get it during if I don't drink enough coffee beforehand. Then I find a bush or tree.

It happens to me after really long runs, and it is very common. i am not sure why it happens and/or what to do to prevent it, but just wanted to let you know its normal.

Hi!

Quick question, just because I want to know the science behind it: Does anyone else have to have a bm right after running? Or do you get gas?

What's going on? This happens to me pretty often. Had to cut my run short today. Haha.
