I take every $5 bill that hits my wallet, I put it on the side, I treat myself to a new dvd, a class pass for my Zumba class, maybe some Zumba Wear, or whatever makes me feel good. Heck one time I had enough to cover my dental cleaning, and that was nice, not putting that on my credit card. I love doing this.

i put money in a box when I lose weight. It could be .2, i still earned the money. Will spend it on my next birthday if i choose to celebrate it.

I ran across this idea and I'm going to do it!

Tip yourself $1 each time you workout and after every 100 workouts, buy something you deserve. so simple, it just might work.

I will tip myself only if I have tracked eating for the day and completed my workout. If I haven't done both in one day I will not get a tip for that day.
