That's a great article that Coach Tanya posted. I went on a very carb restricted diet with the permission of my cardiologist, who was dead set against it but finally caved due to my pressure. His words? "yes you will lose weight. then you will get sick of it. and you will go off it...and you will gain everything you lost plus some. add to it its HIGH FAT, which is bad bad bad. But go ahead. try it...and i WILL say i told you so..."
yeah. learned my lesson. as well as gaining everything back, my hair fell out, i felt like crap...and i stopped losing and started gaining even following it to a "T".
never again...that was 7 years ago. i have had more success with the spark plan than anything!! its all a balance..your body NEEDS carbs!!!

Lo-carb is pretty bad for you, your body needs carbs to keep it fueled properly. Maybe try getting your carbs from non-bread sources instead. :)

I AM THINKING ABOUT DOING THE LO-CARB DIET BUT NEED SOME GUIDANCE ANYONE WANT TO HELP ME ? emoticon

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
