That's a great article that Coach Tanya posted. I went on a very carb restricted diet with the permission of my cardiologist, who was dead set against it but finally caved due to my pressure. His words? "yes you will lose weight. then you will get sick of it. and you will go off it...and you will gain everything you lost plus some. add to it its HIGH FAT, which is bad bad bad. But go ahead. try it...and i WILL say i told you so..." yeah. learned my lesson. as well as gaining everything back, my hair fell out, i felt like crap...and i stopped losing and started gaining even following it to a "T". never again...that was 7 years ago. i have had more success with the spark plan than anything!! its all a balance..your body NEEDS carbs!!!
