Hi there all sparkers, I have dropped another 2.5 pounds! I find that doing things I enjoy, active things that is, keeps me out of the fridge and also makes me feel happy. I so much enjoy gardening but where I live I can not do that. So I offered my gardening skills to my daughter and boy are we having fun! Plus her yard is really coming together. I also enjoy bike riding, bicycles that is, so I am getting a new bike. My grad daughter and I will be biking quite a bit this summer. I am cultivating the child within to help me get back in shape. Went I was a kid I was in great shape and I never did treadmills, exercise videos or the like... I was just active, so get outside and get moving! It makes you feel young again and healthier.
