Yes, thank God it's Monday - I was all relaxed from the weekend. My stress level was way down for two whole days. Now it's heading to the moon.. yay!

I totally agree, if I'm busy on a weekend it usually involves eating out or alcohol, if I'm not busy it just seems like all I can think about is what I eat and when is the next time I will eat. It's much better to have work distracting me and to have only the healthy snacks that I bring with me.
Mondays are not always my favorite days.... I teach high school and sometimes the kids are mildly squirrelly on Monday.. but your perspective is good.. it's easier to stay on track and I actually get more activity on many weekdays.. I look forward to my planning period walk. So enjoy the day!

I no longer work because of health problems from stage IV breast cancer, so Mondays are not a big deal to me.
When I was working though, I looked forward to Mondays; my days off were Tuesday and Wednesday, so Monday was my "Friday".
