No one is perfect when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. It takes a lot of hard work and effort to maintain and set the goals you are reaching for. I trip and fall all the time but I get right back up and keep going forward. I keep telling myself the only one holding me back is myself. Take it one step at a time.
