I haven't, but it looks like Polar's website has a support link that you can use to contact them and even a community forum section that you may want to try to see if you can find help directly from them.

I lost my heart rate transmitter so I bought a new one (the H1) that is listed on the polar website as compatible. However, the watch is not picking up my HR. Is is just saying 00. I cannot find anywhere in either manual how to sync the 2 devices.

Anybody else ever have this problem?
