Welcome, Kay!

I'm not yet a dedicated calorie tracker yet, but I want to be. That's why I came to SparkPeople.

I have to log my food, too, otherwise I backslide.

Glad to have you with us! emoticon

In July of 2007 I found the online calorie counter way of dieting. I really helped and over the next year I lost 50 pounds. I was on Everyday Health until recently. I was doing a regular blog for them for five years and the Sallycat22 on their opening page was me.

The just has so many tech problems that one day I came over here to see what was offered. I just love the fast way the food journal works. I wish it showed the whole food label totals...especially fiber....but I can work with that.

I just have to log my food or I will slide into the ditch. It starts with just a little and builds into a weight gain before I know it.

I don't track exercise because it too little to record emoticon

I like the way the trackers are separated. Not only do I not want to get into a group of exercise people...I also don't want Bible verses or recipes. I know I sound like a crab apple...but I am focused on the calories above all.

Good Luck to all....Kay
