O that is a hard one. Congratulations! I am ok until I smell the stuff. For me it is also easier to have none than a little bite.

That is great! I often find that eating NONE of something unhealthy is way easier than eating just a little. I can avoid that box of donuts, but if I eat one, the other donuts scream at my soul until they are gone.

I lost a lot of weight and maintained it for years, then I got all stressed and busy and lost my way. Starting over from a much better place (way less to lose this time!) and making things better.

We just had a client stop into the office ....
She brought us doughnuts.

I took the box, placed it in the kitchen and walked out.
I will NOT have a doughnut.
