OH yeah, I forgot. I just read that using dry cocoa powder is a great way to add fiber to foods. Sprinkle on yogurt, oatmeal, etc.....no cal and offers fiber and dont' forget the chocolate flavor

when my sweet tooth hits, i go to applesauce, a protein bar, (Zone Peanut butter or chocolate mint) *200 cal so be careful)
greek honey yogurt. graham cracker

i find unsweetened apple sauce satisfies my sweet craving and is filling without too much calories.
