Thanks for the tip. Sometimes I'll have a teaspoon of peanut butter and really savor it in my mouth. It works to stop a sugar fix.

Hi all, Hope you are doing great, So the other day I was watching a TV and on some show they were giving tips to fight cravings. This afternoon I was have really bad sweet tooth and wanted to have those cookies sitting in my cabinet but that tip just popped up in my mind and it worked...So the magic was cup of green tea. It really changes the taste or say chemistry of sweet cravings and after drinking you really pass that urge to eat sugary stuff, and also its a good for your metabolism. Hope this helps
