Yeah Raisins work for me. I also try to have a glass of water and then i have some sort of fruit.

You could have like a teaspoonfull of nutella.

Dried fruit like raisins, Craisins or apricots make great sweet choices. If you have chocolate, select 2-3 kisses or a another portion controlled chocolate like that.

Sometimes i get a craving for something sweet, especially chocolate. What do you suggest I do? Any healthy substitutes?
I have tried to eat several other things like fruit, but it doesn't always work.
