October 1..Ten weeks to Thanksgiving! Every year somehow I seem to get blindsided by Thanksgiving..the day that my workout efforts get sabotaged and unraveled until January 1 when I find myself..”resolving to get fit” again. So I decided this year it will be different. I will blindside Thanksgiving and Christmas and every thing in between instead! I am going to do a 90 day exercise program (October 1 ,2013 to January 1,2014) and really focus on eating clean and getting some good nutrients into my body everyday with a nutrient dense shake that tastes like a dessert but acts like a salad. So I am looking for people to want to commit to joining me for 90 days to put really good nutrition and exercising 5 to 6 days a week to see what their body can do. We will be supporting , encouraging and checking in with each other through this journey until we achieve our individuals goals. If you are in let me know so I can send you more details.. Just imagine this once on January 1, 2014 CELEBRATING your fitness success instead of making a resolution to get fit..hmmmmm..
