Yeah, I think you are right, I already know I am going to get the brown rice instead of white rice. And I'll cut back on the soy sauce too. Maybe some rolls with just the fish and veggies? Nothing fried. I dont know if I could give up my salmon avocado rolls :)

I think your best bet would be sashimi! Fresh salmon, yellowtail, etc over rice is healthiest. It is the sauces and the fried food in the rolls that get ya!!

I love Maki rolls, and am looking for suggestions about what rolls to get that arent too high in calories/fat.
