I plan on have some smoked salmon sushi for lunch today and my question is is, is sushi actually a healthy meal? Alot of people say it is, but it has ALOT of calories and ALOT of carbs. I just wanted to hear from you guys how healthy it really is and if I should just pass. Thanks!
