You can use the button to "Add A Food" to add things outside the meal plans.

You can use the "Copy Custom Foods" to copy the meal to the next day, then edit the amounts from the next day.

I really enjoyed the meal I had tonight supplied in my menu, and want to have some of the leftovers for breakfast (in a smaller quantity) but I do not see how I can substitute it and use it in a different meal. Any ideas?
