I take many vitamins and supplements, but I take BioLean to help boost my metabolism. It works great. I get it from my WLS, it is $84 for about a 3 months supply.

10/12/2010 - 236 (first appointment with Surgeon)
1/27/2011 - 219 (Lap-Band surgery)
2/7/2011 - 211
3/7/2011 - 208 (1st fill - 3.5cc)
4/4/2011 - 202 (2nd fill)

I have been searching for something actually worth it.... no luck so far. For now i'll stick to multi-vitamins and maybe some b12.

Does anyone take any supplements to help "boost" their workout? I tried working out with a trainer that competed in body building competitions about 2 years ago and he always suggested taking a ton of herbal supplements. Any thoughts? Experiences?
