Those are great tips! Especially the one about eating beforehand which for whatever reason I totally didn't think of at all! lol I will certainly be doing that!

As far as alcohol I don't drink beer so that's a big help. I'm thinking about bringing what I call "picnic sized" bottles of white wine. They come in a four pack and one little bottle is equal to about 1.5 glasses for me. So as long as I don't Kathy Lee & Hoda it with the wine I should be ok. lol

Eat before you go, or bring your own food! Or just have a little of a few of the BEST looking things there, then fill the rest of your plate up with something like veggie sticks and a healthy dip :)

I sometimes like to bring a crockpot of turkey/veggie chili or bbq chicken.

Also...beer adds up quick!! I think I'll bring a nip or two of vodka and some flavored seltzer to mix with, then keep drinking the seltzer when the vodka runs out.

My hubby and I are planning to order a thin crust pizza and have pretzel bagels dipped in cheese, but we have incorporated it into our calorie plan. Depriving myself doesn't help anything, so as long as I make limited smarter choices, it's all good....and one meal of splurging will not kill my plan. There are 7 days in a week, so 1 meal isn't a total bomb.

I don't know if you guys are like me but this Sunday is FULL of temptations. From chicken wings to cupcakes to nachos....Yikes!

How are you guys planning on avoiding a total health fail this weekend at Super Bowl parties? I'm trying to stay motivated!
