I surely can identify. It's so hard to force yourself to do tasks like paperwork sometimes. How many hours do you think it will take you? If it's lengthy, plan a break at the midpoint or when you reach a certain point in the process. Definitely walk around and do some shoulder and neck stretches at that time. Is there some way you can reward yourself when you are done -- not food related, of course? Maybe there is a movie you want to watch or calling a good friend. If you simply have to nosh, make it something like carrot sticks or apple slices.

Have you had breakfast yet ? If you've got a busy day scheduled, you should start the day with a healthy, nourishing breakfast. Then once your nose is to the grindstone, you won't think about food because you'll be too busy working. That's what happens with me. I get busy, the time flies and I forget to eat because I was concentrating on the work.
