its lovely spread on apple slices, I had cashew butter (seriously, dont try if you ever want anything else again! lol) on a sweet crisp apple for breakfasts, really yum.

I just bought a jar of sunflower seed butter, and wow...why is every nut butter 1000% better than peanut butter?
Anyway, beyond eating it out of the jar like a little piggy, what else does anyone recommend doing with it? And has anyone had success using it 1:1 in recipes that call for peanut butter, like cookies, for example? Anybody ever try using it in place of tahini in hummus?
