Take it easy at the gym and don't over do it.

Time to start a journal again . I have been struggling with this last 30lbs since my daughter was born ...almost 13 years ago . I practice Karate and hope to grade for my black belt in the fall , that being said I would like to get some of this weight off before then ... makes a huge difference on my knees .
My exercise is good .. I try to get to the gym 6 times a week , I do cardio and weights 3 times a week along with karate 3 evenings . I 'm also walking my dig twice a day and still no weight loss soooo must be my food or weekend drinking . So I have decided to really cut down on drinking and just indulge on occasion instead of every weekend and see if that makes a difference .
I also have bought the ninja blender and am making green drinks twice a day .
Unfortunately today I was really tired and skipped the gym but am planning on being there tomorrow :)
So the plan is to check in everyday and keep accountable .
