I just found a recipe on Iowa Girl Eats that I have been turning to a lot: Taco Dip Platter - basically a two serving taco dip! I may have eaten it at least 10 times since finding it. No cooking, easy to prepare and tasty!

Just a quick note for the persons watching calories in this hot weather I find that I now can make a nice meal of just one-half of a sandwich on dark bread and a small salad on the plate alongside...I finish with piece of fruit and that keeps me going all afternoon...I do stop for a cup of tea mid afternoon
Today I believe I will make a Gazpacho or cold soup as I have so many lovely tomatoes...This will be something to look forward to..The recipe is on today's Spark page.....Good summer eating!
