If you don't have a slow cooker/crock pot, you might like to think about getting one. It would give you more time with your family.

I have my daughter and her 4 kids coming to stay for about a month.. plus a nephew for two weeks. What I am looking for is lower cost but healthy and easy recipes to make for suppers.. anyone have any ideas... THANKS in advance!
