I always think summertime is the best/easiest time of the year to lose weight. However, I do love the fresh veggies out of our garden, the sweet corn, fresh peaches, watermelon, etc. I tend to want potato salads, macaroni salads, etc. I may be eating healthier, but find I tend to overeat. How do you handle the frest fruits and veggies of summertime?
