I just bought a DVD from Walmart that has (5) 10 minute hip hop dance workouts on it. It's very simple and it goes very quick. You can pick your workout, do a couple if you have more time, or customize a workout by programming it to play certain workouts in order.
I liked it so much more than I thought I would because it's so basic. There's just one girl teaching you, there's not a lot of that silly banter back and forth between the people in the group becasue there's no one else! There's no countdown so your not watching the clock the whole time. Seriously, when it was over I was like "huh, it's over?" so I did another 10 minute session.
And it really did burn the calories. I wore my HRM and burned 200 calories in 20 minutes. It is definately worth the 9.99 I paid.

I'm a beginner but I am fairly active walking. However, it's below freezing this week and I can't make myself go outside. I could march in place for 10 minutes or do jumping jacks or something but I feel stupid. Any suggestions appreciated!
