Thanks for the kind words!!

I think you are probably fine to use the vigorous option (as long as your intensity is at that level). If you find your intensity is less, then you may want to use the moderate option instead.

Coach Denise, thank you so much for your quick response, it is unbelievable to me that a site this wonderful (with great people like you even being here to respond to my small suggestions) is free - i am grateful that it is though, and grateful for folks like you, Chris Downie and all those who work to make this such a wonderful place.

As i am unsure of the calories burned i've started to delete the post that automatically shows up and use the cardio exercise feature i've been using the vigorous stationary biking (because i am just a little under a 3 minute mile and am sweating up a storm) but should i be using the moderate stationary biking instead?

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll pass it along. However, I would like to mention that if you know the calories burned amount from your workout, you can still use the mileage tracker and enter your own calories burned by doing the following:

Click on the “Click here” link below the “Optional Comments” box.
You’ll now see a text box for “Calories Burned.”
Enter your calories burned in the text box.
Click “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
Your Cardio Tracker will now list the “Calories Burned” amount that you entered instead of calculating it for you.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that we can keep track of how many miles that have under our belts during our exercising :) it makes me feel good when i go back through the month and see that i am improving. The only thing that would make this great feature even better is if there would be a stationary cycling option. I had mistakenly been logging my mileage under biking but noticed a difference in the calories burned.

Thank you for this wonderful, life changing website (i LOVE it) and considering my suggestion.
