When you click to add strength exercises, you should see a tab that says Manage Workouts. You can group your exercises there and label them so that you don't have to put in each exercise individually.

Hope that helps,

I do the same group of gym exercises 3 or more times in a week. It would be great if I could save a group of gym exercises together then just call up that one thing on my daily log. Right now, it takes me too long to call up each of the 12 different excercise I do. For example, I could have a group of gym exercise called Upper body. when I add upper body to my planner, it would show each of the 5 exercises that I put into that group. Thanks for listening! emoticon
