Congratulations! It's a big accomplishment when something unhealthy we used to love doesn't hold as much appeal for us anymore! Sweets weren't my downfall - it was eating out but I haven't eaten out since January 2nd! Keep it up!

I have gone nearly a week, not depriving myself of sweets.. but simply making better choices for my meals. I haven't had any sweet tooth cravings until yesterday so I reached for some butterscotch pudding and it was actually gross to me. I took two bites and give up, it just tasted terrible. I don't know if it is a fluke or if it is just because I haven't eaten those things for a while now. Even a diet soda tastes too sweet so I haven't been drinking any. I'm seeing the results on the scale too so if "sweets" become gross because of my new lifestyle, i'm all for it!
