I slipped yesterday.I had to much processed sugar. It started at lunch. Work was having a bake sale to raise money for The March of Dimes. It started innocently enough. I bought some cookies and planned on eating one, maybe to. I ate two the in the evening when that wore off I found myself raiding the fridge for anything sweet. I ate to much last night. I couldn't satisfy my sweet tooth. Today I am back on track and heading to the grocery store now. Hello produce and adios inter grocerey isles.
