maybe don't try to restrict things so much next time?? make sure to eat lots of fruit to help with the sugar cravings. and cut back on the caffeine over time, not all at once

Today is day 4 for me and I stared going through sugar and caffeine withdrawals today. It has been a really hard day. I fought it hard all day until 2pm when Sonic happy hour hit. :( I had half a Route 44 and 3 servings of peanuts. :( Blew my calories for the rest of the day and I still have dinner to eat. :( Oh well I guess I will have to restart tomorrow. :)
