Hi. Quick question. I have tried to get in the habit of giving myself a treat once a week. Thing is, last week was horrid. I had a cupcake for dessert for four days (not those giant ones. The ones around 200 calories). Last weekend was really bad because I had real food (I am in college. I have not seen real food for 4 months) including dessert. Rawr. I usually eat dessert every night, but there usually just a serving of bunny grahams or a sugar free skinny cow. So, yay or nay on tomorrow?
By the way, I have burned 1000 calories this week if the cross-trainer is accurate. It has my weight and age input in it, but I know they are known to be inaccurate.
