I'm so excited too - after 3 weeks of logging my food I finally met/didn't go over my allowance for fat and carbs! that's a big yah-woo-hoo for me.

Just had a giant salad with tomatoes, spring greens, tuna with a touch of mayo,and 1 tbsp dressing; strawberries with a tiny sprinkle of sugar, and non-fat plain greek yogurt. And man am I STUFFED! How I'm so full is beyond me, but I am, and happy about it! Doesn't take long for your stomach/appetite to shrink, does it?
