No cigarettes and no sodas for a week, thats HUGE!!!! WooHoo! for you. Keep up the good work. I say go for the baby steps, just focus on those two for now. And if you can conquer those two, heck, you can do just about anything.

Great job! Yes, it is important to give yourself permission to step out of the "all or nothing" mentality. You do not have to be perfect. Striving for perfection is, in many ways, not useful at all. Strive to live healthy.

So, this was my first week back. I didn't hit all my goals, but i did hit two major ones. No cigarettes and no sodas. Yes, I only excercised 1 day...yes, I only tracked my foods one day...but it is baby steps. My fourteen yr old daughter said, "Mom, you can not do everything at once". That was her response when I was so down on myself earlier this week. She is right. I did a couple of major things. I am proud of myself. Marla
