Yeah, 9 lbs my 1st week. You have to realize I have a lot to lose and I was spot on with my eating and exercising. I know that won't happen again but it was a great start on my journey to regain my health.

I've been on SP for one week now. Just did my first weigh in and am very happy to say the I am down 9 pounds! WOO-WOO!! I feel so motivated. I just love SP. emoticon
