You're off to such a good start!! Feel Proud! A really great way for support and motivation is to join a challenge or a team. Having friends even if online can really help keep you pumped up and on track! If you need any help please don't hesitate to ask. I myself did WW too and found it a waste after I found this site and here I am 70# less later. A huge to you!

Ok, if you knew my record, today is nothing short of monumental as I have logged everything I've eaten, drank my water, and stayed out of the pantry. I truly am a food addict who easily gets distracted and loses sight of the goal. Anyway, I have never used this site and am just getting started. I don't want to get lost navigating around here but am looking for inspiration and accountability. I have done WW so many times without reaching goal weight. Time is a ticking so hopeful seeing an actual goal date will keep me on track. I don't know whether that's enough info or too much but glad to be here.
