Having friends even if online can really help keep you pumped up and on track! If you need any help please don't hesitate to ask. Ok, if you knew my record, today is nothing short of monumental as I have logged everything I've eaten, drank my water, and stayed out of the pantry. I truly am a food addict who easily gets distracted and loses sight of the goal. Anyway, I have never used this site and am just getting started. I don't want to get lost navigating around here but am looking for inspiration and accountability. I have done WW so many times without reaching goal weight. Time is a ticking so hopeful seeing an actual goal date will keep me on track. I don't know whether that's enough info or too much but glad to be here.
