I have committed to tracking again. Last year I was extremely successful with Sparkling, and lost 37 pounds. I have for the most part kept off that weight for the past 6 months fluctuating a few pounds up and down. I still have 27 more to take off to reach my goal, I was enjoying the view from three dress sizes less and taking a break. This past month with every night donated to running amok with the boys and not having a plan for dinner other than to grab something on the way out the door. The weight is starting to sneak back on, I am up seven pounds and not liking it at all. I am going to sparkle again, get in touch with what I am eating and its value. I am looking forward to the daily chats and the good feeling that comes with getting on handle on what I put in my mouth.
