Most people fail realize if they just stay with it at 2# per week, a person can lose 104# in one year. But, most people give up and quit long before that time. Glad u stayed with it. emoticon

Go You! 46.2 pounds is a LOT! You have done well.
Can't you see the day when you are telling someone else on SP...."I remember when the doc took me off my meds"

Went for my semi-annual visit to my heart doc. I had lost some more weight. I asked him to check back a year ago and let me know how much weight I'd had lost since then. As of today, I have lost 46.2 pounds. He has lowered my BP medicine, taken me off of the cholesterol medicine, and, hopefully, by the next visit, I will no longer need my CPAP machine. I has been a slow process, I know. But I have to give credit to SP for helping me through the hurdles over the past year. Thanks everyone! emoticon
