Great job! I'm small too and it is amazing how well Spark is working. For me, the weight is going slowly, but the inches are melting off. Keep up the good work - it's SO worth it!

I love using sparkpeople because I keep track of my weight and where I'm losing it from. So far I lost an inch from my thigh, a half inch from my arm, an inch from my waist, and 1/2 inch from my booty. My lean body weight went from 97 pounds to 99 pounds so that 2 pounds of muscle gained and I'm at 132 pounds. I'm soooo happy!
I'm such a small person...and it's weird how much a simple 6 pound lost can make a difference. It only took 6 pounds to do all those inch changing (but of course I GAINED 2 pounds of muscle)
I'm just glad I can measure myself other than using the scale..because losing inches sounds more impressive than losing 6 pounds.
I hope everyone else is doing well too!
