I am not familiar with wheat oatmeal but I would think the soy milk substitutions would be o.k. If your wheat oatmeal is like flour I think you could use that to replace the wheat flour but you might need to add some regular oats (oatmeal) to the mix. Sorry I'm not more help. I usually experiment with things until it comes out the way I like.

I looked at the Apple Oatmeal Muffins. They consist of Oatmeal (regular) I have wheat oatmeal, and also it has half-or 2pecent milk...I have soy milk.....it also calls for Wheat Flour, but the Oatmeal has that, what of these would be ok and what wouldn't to make these....thank you for your help...
