Hi, depends on what you are using the oats for. We use a lot of uncooked Ramen Noodles substituted for oats. I have a recipe book called OODLES of NOODLES....check it out and maybe get some alternatives.

Good luck

You may be able to substitute cooked brown rice for the oatmeal (depending on the recipe).

You are worth it!

If you are allergic to oats you might be allergic to barley too. You could try flax seeds or millet but it will change the consistency of the recipe.

There are many SparkRecipes I'd like to try however they contain oats and I'm allergic. What would you use to substitute for oats? Cornmeal? Barley?
