I keep see sawing back and forth between 2 lbs.. And I have a lot more to lose so this is not working for me!!
I have noticed over the last week I have been struggling with my food choices as well. I don't know if I just hit a wall or what. I am not going crazy or anything but I find myself giving my self larger portion sizes and wanting to graze and snack. I haven't felt like this in a long time so I don't know where this is coming from! I am also struggling with getting up every morning & doing my workout. I still do it but not until I get home from work, Which I don't like because I have to make the time and I KNOW I feel better and much more energized when I do it before work.
Any ideas or suggestions to plow through this?? I have like 30-35 more lbs to lose!!
