Morning! Yes, the school schedule throws things off. One thing that has worked for me is that I give myself that extra half hour to an hour in the morning or the evening. At first it might feel like you are cutting something else off for your needs, but it is vital that you are healthy to keep the rest going. As soon as the family is settled in you can start to work yourself back into that schedule. Much luck!
Is anyone else struggling to find time for the gym now that school has started?
I thought that getting to the gym would be easier; because the schedule is set, and I have one child during the morning hours. But it isn't easier. I am juggling getting my older child to school, household chores, and activities for two children. On days when I do get to the gym we are in a mad rush. And we are only going to get busier.
