If you're getting 10 minutes at three different times of the day, stretch 3 times. If you're doing the same workout through three times over in a row, just stretch once at the end.

I love the free short videos on this website...the jump rope one being a new favorite. I like it so much I want to repeat it at least 3 times a day to get that golden 30 minutes of cardio...if I am going to do this do I do the stretches everytime I do the video or do I skip the stretching the first 2 times through and just do it once at the end???
